ok. speed post today. had a very tiring day today! sch started and i just moved into my hostel!
my hostel has a very cosy feeling and the room mates are nice. so i guess i will fit in alright sooner or later!
its just that the rm's a bit empty and there's no wardrobe. so i have no place to hang my clothes!
and the table is just a table. =X not like NTU's one which has many drawers and a cork board to pin notices. hahas.
anyway, Day 3 was spent visiting my main campus when the official semester starts - when i start taking economics lessons
yea i mentioned tt my sch building was once a hospital, but it still has the "english" feel. hahas!
and there are 5 lakes aound it, so i guess i will take a lotta pictures as the season changes! =)
day 4 was spent visiting christiania which is like the "lawless" area in copenhagen
it separates itself from copenhagen and has its own government and laws! and even their own flag! LOL
so in there, you can openly sell drugs and yea, u saw it correctly, OPENLY SELL DRUGS!
and people just trade drugs here and there!
the danes think that gathering these people at a place is easier to control than having people selling in black markets which might be more difficult to monitor!
so that place is really LEGAL and OPEN TO ALL! the only minus point is that u cannot take picture! HAHAS. which explains little photos on my fb ytd.
ok. day 5! sch finally started! and i had to move into my hostel before i could go to sch.
woke up at 6am. FREAKING 6AM. to bathe, last packing and to MOVE to my hostel
lugging my luggage to the metro station was horrible!
WE SWEATED IN COLD WINTER! can u imagine how horrible it was? my god... i hope i dun have to do tt again. my arms and wrists are aching frm today's EXERCISE!
when we finaly reached the hostel, there was A WHOLE LOT OF exchange students and they were all speaking in slangs.
i think singlish doesnt work for them at all... my english has become so PUURRRRFECT when i converse with people here!
and so the exchange students gathered after collecting keys and made way to sch where we all take the danish course!
danish course was HARD!
i m never gd in laguage as can seen from my french exp.
but i hope i can really master danish as i will need it for my 6 mths over here!!! hahas
after sch, shopped and bought a bit of grocery and then company my fren to his hostel which was QUITE FAR
before going back to hall for dinner, bathe, unpack and SLACK!
my entry is really brief today cos i m really tired from all the travelling and cold. HAHAS
so i m gonna slp nw! NIGHTS WORLD.
p.s. I M OFFICIALLY HOMESICK!
